Innovation Network

What we solve

Complex challenges, solved by people who stay.

We work with enterprise, government, defence, higher education and technology organisations that need to solve difficult problems repeatedly, with their own people, to a standard they can evidence.

Six problems we are asked to solve

If one of these sounds familiar, there is a defined way in

A priority challenge is stuck

Months of discussion, no tested solution, no decision a sponsor can fund.

An AI-enabled innovation sprint takes the challenge from framing to a tested prototype and a decision pitch in days, with the team learning the method on the way.

Sprints and facilitation

Training has not changed how work gets done

Good feedback scores, no change in framing, decisions, delivery or leadership behaviour.

Role-based capability pathways with live challenges, a Capability Portfolio and recognition earned through assessed workplace application.

Capability pathways

Every workshop needs an external facilitator

Capability that leaves the building when the supplier does.

Master Facilitator development and enterprise academies accredit internal people to design, run and assess the work themselves.

Internal facilitators

AI adoption is stalled at awareness

Licences purchased, a masterclass delivered, workflows unchanged, governance unclear.

AI Productivity Sprints redesign real workflows, measure the gain and put source checking, information handling and human ownership of decisions in place.

AI enablement

Innovation activity is disconnected from strategy

Pilots that never scale, no prioritisation, no evidence at decision points.

Strategic Innovation Leadership and portfolio governance connect strategy to a challenge portfolio, a prioritisation framework and an operating governance model.

Leadership and governance

A senior team cannot get from discussion to action

Alignment meetings that end without decisions, ownership or dates.

Strategic alignment sprints and executive decision workshops that end with a recorded decision, named owners and what happens next.

Strategic facilitation

Four core capabilities

How the work is organised

Each capability has its own entry offers. All of them connect to the Innovation Capability Pathway and the Capability Portfolio.

Why it works

Five things we do differently

Every page on this site reinforces the same idea: learning has to transfer into behaviour, decisions, practical work and organisational results. These are the design choices that make it happen.

We do not leave clients with inspiration. We leave them with operating capability.

  1. 01

    Live challenges, not hypothetical exercises

Every programme runs on problems the organisation actually needs solved. Participants leave with progress on real work, not a workbook.

  2. 02

    Evidence of application, not attendance

Recognition is earned by producing and applying work products in the workplace. Sponsors see what was built, decided and changed.

  3. 03

    Role-based pathways, not one-size-fits-all courses

Ambassadors, practitioners, facilitators, specialists and leaders share one foundation, then go as deep as their role requires.

  4. 04

Internal facilitators, not permanent supplier dependency

We develop the people who can design and run the work themselves. The capability stays when we leave.

  5. 05

AI embedded throughout, not isolated in a masterclass

AI supports research, synthesis, prototyping and analysis at every stage, with human judgement, source checking and governance built in.

How engagements work

Diagnose, sprint, embed, transfer

The methods we use are drawn together in the Innovation Capability System; the engagement is how we apply them.

  1. 01

    Diagnose

Diagnose workflows, challenges, maturity and capability needs. We start with what the organisation is trying to change, where it is stuck and which roles need which capability.

  2. 02

    Sprint

Sprint on live work and priority challenges. Teams learn the methods by using them on problems the organisation needs solved, with AI accelerating the work.

  3. 03

    Embed

Embed reusable workflows, tools, playbooks and habits. What worked in the sprint becomes the standard way of working, documented and governed.

  4. 04

    Transfer

Transfer capability to internal champions, practitioners and facilitators. The organisation runs the next cycle itself, with our support where it wants it.

Buyer questions

What organisational buyers ask us

Learning directors, heads of capability, transformation and AI adoption leaders, and government and defence sponsors.

How do we build capability across different roles?

The Innovation Capability Pathway has one common foundation and role-based routes through five stages. Ambassadors complete the foundation. Practitioners continue to a live-challenge programme and specialist modules. Facilitators go on to Master Facilitator. Leaders take the Digital Introduction and Strategic Innovation Leadership. Everyone shares the same vocabulary; nobody sits through a module designed for another role.

How can we prove the learning is being applied?

Every participant works on a live challenge and records work products in a Capability Portfolio: framed challenges, prototypes, experiment results, backlogs, roadmaps, facilitation designs. Certification is awarded only after workplace application has been assessed. Sponsors receive cohort and academy reports showing what was produced, decided and changed.

Can the pathway be tailored to our organisation?

Yes. A facilitated cohort adapts the sequence, challenge selection and materials. An enterprise academy goes further, building your roles, language, governance and challenge portfolio into a branded programme delivered with your own accredited facilitators.

How does this support AI adoption and transformation?

AI is embedded at every stage of the pathway, from research synthesis and ideation to backlog development and portfolio scenarios, with human ownership of decisions, source checking and information-handling rules built in. Alongside the pathway, AI Productivity Sprints and the AI Champions Programme redesign real workflows and measure the gains.

How do we develop internal facilitators?

The Master Facilitator programme develops internal facilitators through practice and an assessed capstone: three days of designing and running real workshop segments with feedback, then a complete intervention facilitated for a real team and observed by an assessor. Certified Workshop Facilitator is awarded at the applied stage and Master Facilitator after the advanced capstone.

What evidence will senior sponsors receive?

At programme level, a summary of challenges worked on, work products produced and recognition earned. For cohorts and academies, progress reports at each stage and a dashboard covering participation, certification, challenge outcomes and benefits.

What capability does your organisation need next?

Tell us about the challenge, the roles involved and the timeframe. We will come back within one working day with a view on where to start.
