Programmes
Eight programmes. One connected pathway.
Every programme runs on live challenges, produces work products and ends in workplace application. Choose by stage below, or let the pathway explorer recommend a sequence for your role.
Stage 1
Aware
A common starting point
Everyone starts from the same understanding of what innovation capability is, which pathways exist, and why evidence rather than attendance drives progression.
Stage 2
Align
Frame the right challenge
Build the foundation: understand users, frame the challenge properly, generate options, prototype and test the assumptions that matter.
Stage 3
Apply
Take a live challenge through the whole process
Run a real organisational challenge end to end, from research to validated solution and implementation case, and learn to lead others through it.
Stage 4
Deliver
Role-relevant depth
Add the specialist capability each role needs to move validated ideas into delivery, improvement and adoption.
Agile, Scrum and Systems Thinking

- Product goal
- Prioritised backlog

Continuous Improvement
2 days
A specialist module for improvement leads who need to optimise an established process: map the current state, find the root cause, design the future state and prove the improvement.

- Improvement experiment
Innovation Delivery, Change and Adoption

- Governance model
- Risk and dependency register
- Stakeholder engagement plan
Which specialist module?

Stage 5
Sustain
Capability that stays inside the organisation
Develop the internal facilitators who run the work and the leaders who govern the portfolio, so the capability no longer depends on a supplier.
Master Facilitator
3 days plus an assessed capstone
Develop internal facilitators who can independently design and lead innovation workshops, sprints and challenge-led interventions, and who can carry the pathway forward without us.
- Complete intervention design
- Observed facilitation
- Assessor feedback
- Reflective review
Strategic Innovation Leadership and Portfolio Governance
2 days plus workplace application
Connect innovation to organisational strategy and establish the governance, prioritisation and leadership conditions required to scale it.

Not sure which programme fits?
Tell us about the roles and the challenge. We will recommend a sequence and a deployment model, and be honest about what a single programme will and will not achieve.
